Stale detection
Every generated document remembers the values it was built from. Change a specification and the affected PDFs are flagged stale — on the dashboard and on the record — until regenerated. Optional auto-regeneration keeps standing literature current without anyone remembering to.

Three languages
Field names, select options, and portal text carry translations; a template renders in English, French, or Spanish from the same record. The French datasheet is not a fork — it's the same data wearing different labels. Every plan includes English; Growth adds a second language, and Professional unlocks all of them.
