Every new workspace starts with a 30-day trial with Growth-plan features — no credit card up front. Days you don't use carry over: subscribe on day 10 and the remaining 20 trial days come with you.
Nothing is ever deleted at a limit
Going over a plan limit only pauses adding more — existing records, files, and history are never deleted or hidden behind a paywall you can't reverse. Downgrades take effect at the end of the period you've paid for.
Your data leaves with you
One click exports the entire organization to XLSX on every plan — during a trial, after a subscription, even while a workspace is read-only. Export is a feature, not a ransom.
Annual billing = 2 months free
Every plan is 10× the monthly price when billed annually. Upgrades apply immediately and are prorated; downgrades wait for the period you've already paid for.
